Brittany & Daniel's Chinese-American Garden Wedding in Seattle
-
-
Getting to know Brittany & Daniel over the last several months has been so much fun - we've bonded over our mutual love of all things coffee, Japanese food, and plants, so it was *extra* sweet when their wedding day finally arrived.
Per Brittany's Chinese heritage, they held a traditional tea ceremony: the two personally thanked each family member who was an integral part of their upbringing by serving them tea and accepting words of blessing & gifts from them. It was a beautiful way to honor tradition and begin the day's celebration.
The wedding day continued with a dress change by Brittany, from a bright red cheongsam or qipao to a gorgeous, high neck & cap sleeved lace dress from BHLDN Seattle. The two had a private first look in the Soest garden at the Center for Urban Horticulture and sealed their nuptials in the Goodfellow Grove, surrounded by all their loved ones.
Thank you for inviting us in to witness your beautiful day, we wish you both all the best and hope to see you often around Seattle! -
